Score the performance of the appraiser at the end of each order to build a comprehensive database of appraiser performance over time. You can run reports on these statistics to easily view who is performing and who is not. Appraiser management couldn’t get any simpler!
In ValueLink, you can set up client-specific approved appraisers. This prevents orders from being erroneously assigned to vendors who are not approved by the client. Add or remove vendors from the approved appraiser list at a click of button.
Licenses and Documents
Use the system to keep track of licenses and additional documents. Appraisers can update this information without requiring input from the system administrator, simplifying your appraiser management. Use the in-built ASC.gov verification tool to automatically verify the validity of your vendors license!
Administrators and appraisers may define their coverage area in the system. Use the coverage area to find appraisers that cover the zip code where the subject property resides. The system automatically calculates the distance of the subject property from the appraiser and lists them by distance on the order assignment screen.
Use fee tables to set how much you wish to pay each appraiser. Set the rates once and the system automatically populates them every time an order is assigned to an appraiser. Fee tables can also be modified for different states, for every appraiser.
