In ValueLink, all order information is aggregated on a single screen which simplifies the order management process. On this screen, users can view the entire details of the order, add comments and supporting documents pertaining to the order.
Administrators can edit or update information, assign the order to staff members or appraisers, post internal notes, define access levels to comments and documents and also carry out automatic appraisal reviews at a click of a button. Appraisal management was never this easy!
We understand how important it is to have a good audit trail for each order. ValueLink logs each event for an order along with the user's name and time when the action was performed. The result is a comprehensive appraisal tracking software which logs events that took place for an order, from beginning to completion.
ValueLink provides multiple report delivery options. A link to the report is sent to the client whenever an order is marked completed. Only authorized users may download reports. As an alternative, you can always email reports directly to any email address using the "Email Appraisal Report" option.
