There was a clear need for technology that would help manage the appraisal process efficiently, while maintaining compliance with the new regulations.

2010

Our founder Farrukh wrote that first line of code.

He still onboarded every client himself. Took every support call. Wrote every guide.

Connect- freeing appraisers from juggling a dozen logins and maintaining a singular profile; in quickly the largest appraiser marketplace. We didn’t charge extra. We didn’t overcomplicate.
