ValueLink Software has partnered with ACI to integrate ACI’s Sky Appraisal Delivery and Review Technology in the ValueLink Appraisal Management Platform.

Using the integration, lenders, and appraisal management companies (AMCs) using the ValueLink appraisal management platform gain access to more than 5,000 customizable collateral risk rules, dramatically speeding up the appraisal review process without compromising review quality or consistency.

The Sky Appraisal Delivery and Review Technology is a web-based appraisal review platform that leverages over 5000 customizable collateral risk rules that highlight areas of concern, automate checklist items, and empower quality control professionals with an interactive window into the appraisal report.

The integration gives appraisal reviewers access to the Sky Review results within the ValueLink environment. The Sky Review provides the reviewer tools to view, manage and act on any open issues by approving items, providing supporting commentary, and issuing a revision request to the appraiser.
