ValueLink is simple to use with a custom and professional look. The home screen/activity overview is a useful tool in tracking the orders received per day, per month, as well as the amount of orders in each particular status. The ease of sending messages to the appraiser and/or the client in an order by simply adding a comment is great.

We have been using ValueLink for about 8 months now and really like it. Most of the appraisers on our panel work for multiple AMCs and all of them have commented on how easy the system is to navigate and how they prefer it to any other software package out there.
You can set up multiple items such as common responses, automated emails and emails to the entire panel which is a huge time saver. The staff is responsive to emails and requests for changes as they happen and typically get back to you the same day with either a solution or a timeframe for when the solution will happen. If you are considering starting up an AMC, or switching your software platform, this is the choice for you.
