ValueLink is fully integrated with LendingQB’s end-to-end loan origination software (LOS), enabling mortgage lenders using Lending QB to work with all appraisal management companies currently using ValueLink platform to manage appraisal orders.

LendingQB users will have the ability to seamlessly order, track, and receive final delivery of appraisals directly within the loan file in LendingQB Platform. The integration will also allow automatic delivery of all supporting documents to Lending QB users.

All documents and client statuses are also automatically synced with Lending QB to ensure a seamless order management process. The Lending QB integration removes manual steps in the appraisal ordering process and will minimize errors and increase operational efficiency for both lenders and appraisal management companies.
