ValueLink + EAD Submission
ValueLink Appraisal Management Software allows you to directly submit your appraisal reports to the FHA’s Electronic Appraisal Delivery (EAD) portal.
Simple Setup ProcedureAll you need to do is to mail your organization’s GSE Seller Number(s), EAD Direct Integration User ID, and the Business Unit Number(s) on email@example.com. Lender Agents must submit a Business Unit Number for each lender they work with. Once we have received this information, we will set up your UCDP submissions in your ValueLink AMS account within 24 hours.

- You must be registered in the EAD. Lenders get a direct profile in the EAD, while appraisal management companies are required to register as a Lender Agent in the UCDP. Click here to get started

- Once registered, you will need to obtain EAD Direct Integration Credentials for your organization. Instructions to obtain can be found in the guides listed above.
- Email us the EAD Direct Integration User ID and Password, the Business Unit Number and the FHA Lender ID for your organization to . Lender Agents must submit a Business Unit Number and FHA Lender ID for each lender they work with.
